3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate karma, votes, or contests
  • Create multiple accounts to game reward systems
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the Platform's security
  • Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activity
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all tokens and rewards.

4. Contests & Rewards

  • All contests and reward distributions are subject to verification
  • We reserve the right to disqualify suspicious accounts or fraudulent activity
  • Karma and engagement metrics may be audited for authenticity
  • Prize pools and reward amounts are subject to change
  • Rewards are distributed at our discretion and may be delayed

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

By uploading content to FatMemes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but warrant that you have the right to grant this license.

Copyright Infringement - USER LIABILITY

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share content. Uploading copyrighted material (e.g., Disney characters, movie scenes, trademarked logos) without permission is YOUR legal responsibility.

  • FatMemes is a platform provider under DMCA Safe Harbor (17 U.S.C. § 512)
  • We comply with valid DMCA takedown requests within 24-48 hours
  • Repeat copyright infringers will be permanently banned
  • YOU may be held personally liable for copyright violations under applicable law
  • Fair use, parody, and transformative works may be protected - consult legal counsel
